These terms govern your use of rakhaapp.com and the Rakha mobile app (the “Service”), operated by Rakha. By creating an account or making a booking you agree to them. Spa centers listed on Rakha are independent businesses bound by a separate Partner Agreement.
Rakha lets you discover spa and wellness centers, book their services online, pay online or at the center, and leave reviews. Rakha is a booking platform; the center you book performs the service and is responsible for it.
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. A valid mobile number and email address are required so we can send your confirmations. Keep your sign-in codes and password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
A booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation. Please arrive on time; centers may treat late arrivals as no-shows.
You can cancel from your account up to the center's free-cancellation window shown on the booking (typically 24 hours before the appointment). Later cancellations must be arranged with the center directly, and the center may apply its own cancellation policy.
Centers may cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances; any online payment is then refunded in full.
Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include VAT where applicable. You may pay at the center or online through our payment provider, MyFatoorah (cards, mada, Apple Pay). Online payments are collected by Rakha on behalf of the center.
Refunds of online payments for cancelled bookings are returned to the original payment method within the time your bank requires, normally 5–10 business days.
You may review a center only after a completed visit. Reviews must be honest and respectful; we may remove content that is abusive, false, unlawful or unrelated to the visit. Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation or use it for anything unlawful.
The services are provided by the centers, which are responsible for their quality, safety and suitability. Rakha is not liable for the services themselves or for losses caused by the center, except where the law does not allow such limitation. Rakha's liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid through Rakha for the booking concerned.
We may update the Service and these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and disputes are subject to its competent courts.
